AstroBattleQuest is a 4-player co-op space arena battler built and playtested in our Peel Street studio. Grab a pod, pick your squad, and fight through gravity-bending arenas together.
Built pod by pod in Collingwood
We started as five friends renting a warehouse corner off Smith Street. Today AstroBattleQuest runs nightly playtests, weekend tournaments, and a growing online beta — all from the same Peel Street studio.
First prototype
Two arenas and a whiteboard of ideas. We ran our very first co-op playtest with 12 locals from the Collingwood gaming meetup.
The studio opens
We moved into 87 Peel Street and fitted out eight battle pods with wraparound screens and haptic seats for in-person sessions.
Online beta launch
Cross-play beta went live with 9 arenas, ranked squads, and seasonal events. Over 4,000 pilots joined in the first month.
Season of Comets
Our biggest update yet — a new boss arena, clan tournaments every Friday night, and studio open days on the last Sunday of each month.

Not at all. Every battle pod at 87 Peel Street comes with a wraparound screen, haptic seat, and tuned controller. Just turn up 10 minutes before your session and our crew will get you set up.
Yes. While the co-op arenas shine with a full squad, we have solo time-trials and a matchmaking system that fills your team with balanced players. You can also invite friends to a private lobby.
The Collingwood studio is open Wednesday to Sunday, 12pm–10pm, with late sessions until midnight on Friday and Saturday. The online beta runs 24/7 across all regions.
A one-hour pod session is $18 per pilot, or $60 for a full pod of four. Legend Pass holders get two free studio hours every week, and student pricing is available on weeknights.
Absolutely. AstroBattleQuest is rated for ages 8 and up — the combat is arcade-style with no gore, and voice chat is squad-only with automatic moderation. Weekend afternoons are our busiest family times.
